  Unfortunately, my experience with Mattress Firm was a disaster from start to finish. I was given incorrect information from the salesman--was told the adjustable base came with legs when it did not. I was told delivery was free, but was charged for delivery, and then later credited for the charge when I called to complain. It took 3 deliveries on 3 separate days to receive the correct bed and frame. The deliverymen had a difficult time with my old boxspring and damaged my door and wall. The sales manager, Rob, was very nice (hence 2 stars instead of 1) and did eventually ensure I received the correct bed and he offered me a free metal bedframe. I accepted the frame, but then took the bed off of it, because it made so much noise and I personally hate the look of a metal frame. So, I spent an additional $125 and ordered the legs for my base from the manufacturer, which I originally was told were included. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I plan to write both the Better Business Bureau and CEO of the company providing even more detail of my experience. When you spend $4000 on a bed (mattress and base) you expect much better service.

  When I first entered the store, I was approached by Alexis. At first she seemed very friendly and helpful. Long story short, I was unable to get the deal I was looking forward to (which had nothing to do with the store) so I asked what else they had to offer. She gave me another option, but I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money this particular weekend as I was just shopping around; which I explained to her. I said I would look into coming back when I could and instead of being understanding, Alexis began to make me feel pressured and uneasy then began showing signs of having an attitude. To top it all off, she didn't even hand me my driver's license back. I had to pick it up off the desk as she walked away. I understand that companies look forward to sales, however that associate turned very rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this store and do not recommend it to anyone else.
