  I live outside the county this store is located. There are at least 2 Sprint stores in the county I reside but none are the stores where you go to have your phone repaired. You can have scheduled an appointment online and still have to wait to be seen by a representative. I don't know if there's a shortage of staff or what the problem is, but there seems to always be a lot of customers waiting to be seen by someone. Sprint needs to have other stores in Porter county where phones can be sent in for repairs besides this one.
